1) Score at least 18 points on a 23 point scale (the number 23 was chosen because it is a symbol of excellence to me). The scale is broken down as follows:
– Sleep (max 8)
– Water (max 8)
– Superfoods (max 7)

2) Exercise for at least 23 minutes. For those seeking additional guidance, a KT23Workout to the beat of a Nate Ackert techno track is included as a bonus.

3) Complete your KT23Compass; a tool that allows you to track your wellness across dimensions beyond physical; emotional, social, occupational, spiritual and intellectual.

Completion of all 3 goals shows grit, and deems you KT23Fit! This also prepares you to be your best; to tackle the test that awaits you, board meeting, practice or parenting with zest!
